Fee Type License Fee Per Licensed Product
Consumer Devices $1.50 per device
Service Providers $0.30 per subscriber (household) per year
Option: One-time five-year license for $1.50

Definitions:

Service provider: A provider of information, communication and/or entertainment services to subscribers, where such services are paid for by subscribers either directly or as part of other paid services.

Subscriber: Any person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains a licensed product and/or licensed service for personal or commercial use, and not to resell or otherwise supply.
