Standard rates:
Via Licensing offers individual, per-patent-owner licenses with fees applicable on a per-patent-family basis (an “a la carte” license). Licensees who obtain a la carte licenses will have the option of converting to a pool license when the pool license becomes available. The a la carte license fees as well as the pool license fees which will be valid when the pool license becomes available are as follows:

Commercial Devices: Licensed Products intended primarily for direct revenue-generating use or to serve as a main resource to generate revenue for commercial services. (By way of example only, Commercial Devices may be point of sale terminals, transportation terminals, vending machines, automated teller machines, slot machines, and parking meters).
Consumer Devices: Licensed Products intended primarily for use by individual users and which are not Commercial Devices. (By way of example only, Consumer Devices may be mobile phones, digital cameras, television sets, digital versatile disc players and recorders, television set top boxes, automotive and home security devices).
